Our Studio

Our studio is a creative space for spatial sound production. We have a 32.3 speaker surround sound system - a dome of loudspeakers that can immerse listeners by enabling artists, musicians and sound designers to compose with sound in 360° space.

We are a Dolby Atmos enabled studio with 9.1.4 Atmos and 32.3 ambisonic Genelec monitoring. We can work with new projects and back catalogues using existing stems to produce Dolby Atmos mixes ready for Apple Music and other spatial sound streaming services. We also create immersive ambisonic audio content for live music, immersive audiovisual installations, XR applications and Unreal and Unity driven metaverse experiences.

Our Work

Working directly with lead artists and as members of larger creative teams; we are experts at creating spatial sound content for complex immersive projects. Be it a Dolby Atmos music release or a large-scale spatial sound mix for a planetarium, we offer over a decade of experience as creative producers who are sensitive to the artistic processes of composition, arranging, editing and mixing in spatial audio.

NTS x Aphex Twin @ Field Day

Client: NTS Live
Aphex Twin’s headlining set at London’s Field Day festival 2023. We worked closely with the video team at NTS Live to capture this intensive live audiovisual performance using 360 cameras, and an array of ambisonic, stereo and mono microphones placed around the festival site. In post production we worked with NTS and  Weirdcore, Aphex’s visual collaborator, to produce an interactive 360 video that immerses the viewer and allows them control over multiple audio and visual vantage points. Watch the 360 video here
